Conveyancing Services for Private Sellers

More and more vendors are now deciding in favour of a private property sale, rather than engaging a real estate agent. There are obvious pros and cons for this path. However, either way you go, you will require services of a legal professional to represent you.

Kiwi Conveyancing will be able to assist any vendor who's chosen to sell their house privately. As a part of our service, we will provide you with a Vendors Information Pack and furthermore, we will look after your interests throughout the whole duration of the matter.

Our Vendors Information Pack service includes searching the certificate of title and all interests registered against the title such as covenants, caveats, easements etc., obtaining basic property information available from the Local Council, and providing a brief summary upon those searches and interests, as well as commenting upon the LIM report if provided.

In addition, we will prepare for you the sale and purchase agreement and even conduct all negotiations and correspondence on your behalf if instructed to do so separately.

It is important to note that Kiwi Conveyancing is totally independent of all real estate agents and will not pass or disclose your details or details of the property to any third party without your express consent.

If you are a Private Seller, then from only $350 extra, inclusive of GST, you will certainly appreciate the value of our services.

Likewise, we will conduct all the necessary steps to effect the successful conveyance of your matter, eg. deal with all enquiries from the other party's solicitor, ensure that any conditions are satisfied within the time allowed by the Agreement, liaise with your outgoing mortgagee and prepare the discharge, complete the settlement of your transaction. Our standard sale conveyancing fees apply.

Please note that the price of $350 quoted above is for the vendors information pack only and it does not include any cost for document searches from the Local and/or other Government Authorities. We will advise you the exact amount of the costs after we do initial investigation of the certificate of title for the property.

Allowing Kiwi Conveyancing to handle all of the legal aspects of your property transactions can decrease risks, save you money, avoid frustrating delays and save you a lot of stress, and that is particularly important when conducting a private property sale.
